Warranties
Thanks for purchasing from Vape Vault, your newly purchased vape device comes with a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty and a Vape Vault 9-month extended warranty, but there are some procedures to follow:
Postage/Shipping
All our online orders placed after 2pm Fridays on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday when our Warehouse is open. If we are closed due to public holidays or have a change of trading hours we will ship your parcel the next open business day. To get your online order shipped out the same day we are open the cut off time is 2pm.
