How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
OUR MANAFACTURING WARRANTY POLICY SUMMARISED:
Thanks for purchasing from Vape Vault, your newly purchased vape device comes with a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty and a Vape Vault 9-month extended warranty, but there are some procedures to follow:
- If there is an issue with your vape device under no circumstance,are you to try fix it yourself.
Please bring your vape device back to any Vape Vault store.
- Proof of purchase is required for you to claim your warranty, If you cannot find your proof of purchase please contact us.
- Your vape device warranty covers manufacture failure only, your warranty does not cover if you have dropped, drowned, your dog chewed your device or a truck run over it.
Charging & Ports
- If your vape device has a built-in battery, we recommend using the charge cable provided in the package.
- If your vape device uses replaceable batteries, we recommend purchasing an external charger to charge your batteries because it is unsafe to use the USB port in your mod. Ports on a device that requires external batteries to work are only warranted for 30 days. An external lithium charger is recommended to balance charge batteries.

It is your responsibility to post back the item and to send us a tracking number to prove you have posted it. If the parcel is lost in postage and you have not provided us with a tracking number, we will not be held responsible, and you will not receive your warranty.
Refunds: Postage is not refunded. Only the product, this includes if we ask you to post your product back.
Our local pick up, offers collection from all 3 stores, so long as the product is in stock at the store. The website shows a collective of what all 3 stores have so this means, the store you want to pick up from may not have the product in stock that you see on the website, please check under the product description to see which stores they are stocked at.
If you would like to pick up your order from a store that does not have the products you are after you can either contact us via the green chat button on the bottom right of the screen, use the contact us email service or message us on facebook and we will do our very best to accomodate your request.
Once your order has been picked and fulfilled from our Vape Fam Team you will receive a txt message from that corresponding store letting you know your order is ready for collection.
Hyde & Kirwan have availability during their standard Monday to Friday opening hours and Garbutt pick ups can be collected during thair standard Tuesday to Saturday opening hours.
