Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
Because ejuice is made with food grade ingredients we won't accept returns just because you didn't like the flavour, remember taste is subjective. We do however try very hard to make sure all the the ejuice we stock is of a high standard, from very reputable company's and if you have any issues with any of our ejuice you can still contact us to let us know.

This section pertains to warranty on hardware like regulated mods, RDA's, tanks and mechanical mods.
Under Australian law we must provide warranty, so this is how it works... If you have any issues with your hardware please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org from there you will be stepped through the warranty procedures, or visit our warranty page for further details.
Express Shipping Within Australia
Remember that we are in Nth QLD, so our express shipping will only be overnight to Brisbane, If you live pretty much anywhere else in Australia you will most likely have a two night wait.
We offer Free Express shipping on purchases above $75.00
All parcels come with signiture of delivery. This is to stop theft of your parcel, if you choose to not have signiture of delivery Vape Vault holds no responsability if your parcel is missing after delivery.
We are looking into international shipping rates so if you're an international customer and would like to purchase our product, please contact us for a shipping quote and we can organise something for you.
Issues With Damaged Stock or Postage Delays
If your package arrives damaged or you are experiencing any issues receiving your goods please contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly.
There is no Nicotine in any of our product so please don't ask for us to put nicotine in for you.
